These results will be found in your scratch folder as a fourth job 'monitor summary' alongside your import, motioncor2 and ctf correction jobs. in your results folder you should find (if it's the first time importing the workflow in this project):

Use X2Go or SSH to login to a wynton node (https://ucsf-hpc.github.io/wynton/howto/gui-x11fwd.html) to access your scratch folder and open this html via firefox to view thumbnails of your data as it's pre-processed, with updates on defocus and collection uptime.
