UCSF has two Titan Krios cryo-TEMs operated at 300 keV for single particle cryo-EM as well as cryo-ET each equipped with a post-column energy filter and GATAN K3 direct electron detector capable of achieving atomic level resolution structures of biological specimens with high-throughput automation and on-the-fly data processing for motion correction and 2D classification.
