This protocol assumes you already have acquired an atlas (at low mag) for the entire grid and a prepMMM (at a mag where you can see the entire square) of one or multiple grid squares. The first step is to generate maps of individual squares at 4600x magnification. If you want to collect only one tilt series, skip to STEP 4.
